1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Mado Ethiopia ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of the Platform
Mado serves as an information and discovery directory connecting travelers with Ethiopian heritage sites, regional logistical data, and independent tourism businesses. Mado is not itself a travel agency, tour operator, or transport provider.
3. Direct Commercial Relationships
Any agreement, booking, tour contract, or payment made between a user and an independent business listed on Mado is strictly between the respective parties. Mado charges zero commissions and holds no liability for services delivered by independent third parties.
4. Accuracy of Logistical Information
While Mado undertakes rigorous verification standards to ensure elevations, trail conditions, seasonal weather, and travel hours are current, conditions in highland and remote wilderness zones can fluctuate rapidly. Travelers are advised to consult accredited local scouts and verified guides on the ground.
5. Intellectual Property
All editorial texts, brand identity, curated maps, and design elements are the intellectual property of Mado Ethiopia. Photography remains the property of credited photographers and licensed repositories.
